DECLARATION UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY

PURSUANT TO 28 USCA 1746

I, Michael K. declare and state as follows:

Period of Internment (MM/YY to MM/YY)

    02/12 to 07/12

Declarative Statement

I had a perfect program going besides my second half day in O & A I failed and I failed because i asked the “medical” guy if i could keep my inhaler on hand at night because i have really bad asthma I use it every single night and the night shift guys would not go get it for me because A. they just wouldn’t, B. I wasn’t suppose to be out of bed/ talking to people because i was in O & A. I kept explaining myself to the med guy but he got fed up and said i was being argumentative and defiant which i was not, i was just concerned. Luckily after that they accommodated my inhaler needs but that first night not having my inhaler and really needing it and them not letting me was the scariest night of my life. I had a lot more privileges than everyone else early on. Im not for sure but I think i was just a student level in an out of sight dorm in the old facility like right before they moved to the new one. Anyway i was never restrained but i saw a lot of unnecessary and aggressive ones on kids who did not deserve it by marines and semi pro football players. It was run more as a military school than a therapeutic place. Even with my extra privilege i was still treated terribly and like a criminal. But yeah everything this website says very true. if your kid has serious mental issues do not send them here. I wrote this because i just found about about that death RIP they should be held accountable.

I give DRASurvivors permission to use this statement.  I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.  Executed on(date: MM/DD/YY)<br /> 12/07/16
