DECLARATION UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY

PURSUANT TO 28 USCA 1746

I, Travis H. declare and state as follows:

Period of Internment (MM/YY to MM/YY)

    02/06 to 11/06

Declarative Statement

Horrible place. Website was all b.s. schooling was less than adequate. Some of the staff were nice, mostly the lower paid ones with no say in how the place is ran. They screened my mail when i would tell my parents the truth. I didnt talk to my parents for a month. They use the restraint as a way to inflict pain on us at there will. Even threatening “im gunna restrain you”. It showed me how to lie better and left me worse off than before.

I give DRASurvivors permission to use this statement.  I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.  Executed on(date: MM/DD/YY) 11/11/2015

    Hi

My daughter just spent 9 months at DRA. The staff and treatment she received was first class. When we sent our daughter to DRA we felt we were out of options and felt our daughter was going down a very bad path. At DRA she completed her HS degree and came home a different person. We feel DRA help save her life and gave her a chance to move forward. It really bothers me by the misstatements I have read on this site. The staff is not only top notch but treat the kids like their own. My daughter referred to some of them as family. The Title is very misleading “DRA survivors”. The abuse and mistreatment claimed in the various comments on this site were non-existent during our time with DRA. We were active parents with DRA and followed the guidelines they recommended. If the parents and work together with DRA the success rate for your child will greatly increase. We need more places like DRA to help our young people before it too late. Misinformation is not productive for desperate parents to make a good decision. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Unlike others that left comments I am posting my e-mail esfebach@aol.com
