Earlier in June 2013 Daughter of Michael Jackson, Paris Jackson, attempted suicide by slitting her wrists and overdosing on pills.
She is currently being treated at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA.
According to Paris, she is fine and ready to return home however her mother Debbie Rowe and her Grandmother fear that her use of social media outets like Twitter and Facebook will send her into “relapse”.
They have already agreed to a 10 million dollar deal with Diamond Ranch Academy to have Paris treated at the facility.
To prepare for her transfer, they are increasing security.
Problem is, the real threat is not from the outside, but from the program itself and their abusive staff.
With a long history of abuse, dangerous policies and a wrongful death, Diamond Ranch Academy is absolutely no place for a depressed child with suicidal tendencies.
Will Diamond Ranch Academy clean up their act to accomodate Paris or will she become another survivor of abusive “treatment” at this troubled teen program?
This may be another marketing ploy by Diamond Ranch Academy to use the media to promote their school. We saw this before in the shameless promotion of the program on the Dr Drew show. Diamond Ranch Academy seems to spend a lot of money on their online marketing, utilizing pay per click ads and targeting parents searching for treatment options for their troubled teens.
To various media sources Diamond Ranch Academy claims to “specialize” in Depression and Greif Management, yet the program really does no such thing. In reality, the program is designed as a one size fits all “therapy” for all adolescent issues, including drugs and violent behavior. This experimental therapy is not clinically approved treatment, but quite simply a form of corporal punishment. Which means that Paris will be treated the like a criminal and expected to accept a program that demoralizes her and intimidates her into being obedient.
Paris Jackson will be refused access to communicate with her family, friends and any other outside source, including the police and child protective services. All communication with the outside world will be monitored and censored and she will have no way to report abuse, let alone ask to leave if she has been abused. Students of Diamond Ranch Academy are severally punished if they speak ill against the program to their parents, so often children fear telling the truth.
However, many survivors have come forward after their stay at Diamond Ranch Academy to tell parents the truth about what really happens behind those walls. They speak out to try to save other children from being abused and their families from being conned out of millions of dollars in the name of a miracle cure that does not exist.
DRASurvivors strongly urges the Jackson’s to take Paris home and give her a chance to take advantage of safe, ethical and proven outpatient treatments.
Please DO NOT send Paris to Diamond Ranch Academy!!
Please read the submissions to this website from the Survivors of Diamond Ranch Academy, learn the truth and save Paris!
